LU 970’s Hunter Bias Completes Apprenticeship and Becomes a Journeyperson

Hunter Bias, a drywall finisher and commercial painter, has completed his apprenticeship and is now a journeyperson!

To celebrate, he received knives, pans, and finishing tools donated by CertainTeed and TapeTech.

These tools will be passed on to third-year apprentices when they finish their training.

A big thank you to Roger Melton and Gil Moyer from CertainTeed and Mark Wilson and TapeTech for their continued support of our apprentices and the FTI Training Center.

We appreciate all our partners who help make sure apprentices have the tools and training they need to succeed in the field.
