Locals 970 and 1072 Complete Wallpaper Basics Training

Members from Locals 970 and 1072 recently took part in a wallpaper basics class at the Local 1072 Union Hall over the weekend. Hosted by Rodney Skaggs, Director of Servicing (South), and coordinated by LU 970 Business Rep Chris Hardman, the training program was led by LU 970 Journeyperson Shane Fransisco.

Matthew Dempsey, Shane Fransisco, Andre Lee, Sophie Hillen, Margret Mitchell, and Stephen Adkins got hands-on training with wallpaper tools, machines, and basic techniques for inside and outside corners.

This class is a starting point for members looking to build their skills and prepare for future work in wallpaper installation.
