Congratulations to Seth Rhoades of Local 804 on Becoming a Journeyperson!

Seth Rhoades was recognized at the Local 804 meeting last night for completing his apprenticeship and becoming a journeyperson.

To mark the occasion, he received a Carhartt jacket with the DC 53 logo, donated by DC 53 and our contractor partners.
